Ensuring Václav Havel’s Legacy

On Tuesday 8 May, an international seminar will be held at New York University entitled "Ensuring Vaclav Havel’s Legacy." The morning panel will be presented by Madeleine Albright, a former US Secretary of State, and Michael Žantovský, the Czech Ambassador to the UK.
The afternoon programme will be presented by John Shattuck, a former US Ambassador to the Czech Republic. The topics will be the past, present and future of Czech-American relations, as well as the role of the Václav Havel Library in ensuring his legacy.
